Pricing and acceptance of order
It is the right of The Tech Club to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. You may be asked for further information (not just limited to the phone number and the address) before we accept your order.
It is our duty to provide the information posted on the website as accurately as possible. However, there might be errors, such as the product being mispriced. It will be our top priority to make the corrections as soon as possible. However, The Tech Club reserves the right of refusal and cancelation of an order at any given time for which we may or may not inform you. We have the right to cancel or refuse delivery even if you have paid in case the product is mispriced or not showed correctly, we will compensate for the advance payment price in case the order is cancelled or refused.

Refund Process

If your pre-paid order is canceled due to unavailability of the product or any other reason pertaining to The Tech Club, you shall be entitled to a full refund by The Tech Club which shall be processed and executed within 7 to 10 working days.

Payment Policy:

The Tech Club can change the price of the ordered, the price fluctuation can be due to currency devaluation, shortage of product or any other unforseen incident. In such case The Tech Club will let the customer know the new price and if the customer agrees then only The Tech Club will dispatch the product.
Warranty Policy:
-For laptops
10 days checking warranty. Warranty doesn’t covers damages, Lcd line, speaker, motherboard.
-For mobile phones/tablets
3 days checking warranty. Warranty doesn’t cover screen shade/line/spot, touch problem.
-For accessories
3 days checking warranty.

Refund Policy:

Refund will be given if returned within 2 days. You shall be entitled to a full refund by The Tech Club which shall be processed and executed within 2 to 5 working days.
